The Titan's Curse

The Titan's Curse, written by Rick Riordan, is 317 pages long. Percy is sent with Annabeth and Thalia to help Grover with the two new half-bloods. It turns out that everything that happens to them this Christmas break is a trap to destroy Olympus forever. They go on a quest and save almost everyone. Later, it turns out that one of the half-bloods that they saved, Nico, is a son of The God of the Underworld, Hades.
One major problem in this book is the fact that everyone tries to kill Percy, Thalia, and Annebeth. They loose so much, but save many lives as well. Thalia and Percy are children of Zeus and Poseidon so every monster is attracted to them. Percy and Annebeth almost died under the weight of the sky. Any monster or evil person they encounter is after them. They are not going to stop until they join the bad side or are killed!
